We are an aviation consulting company relying on a network of senior consultants from the Air Transport industry offering highly specialized skills in their respective areas of expertise. We are located in Toulouse, worldwide aerospace capital, and close to the largest aircraft manufacturers.

    Thierry PORRO
    Maintenance & Engineering
    Thierry, General Manager of AVALON Aeroservices, has spent his entire career in Air Transport (30 years). He began his career in Aerospatiale in 1986 as a technical writer and later joined the Bureau Veritas in 1991 to develop and manage services for bankers and leasing companies.
    In 1997, he joined Aeroconseil and successively held positions of technical manager for the management of AIRBUS Assets, business unit manager and sales manager. In 2013, he is responsible for the development of service offers for air transport at Sogeti High Tech (CapGemini Group). In 2016, he founded AVALON Aeroservices to take advantage of all the experience acquired to propose unique and adapted solutions.
    He holds a DESS in Aeronautical Maintenance University of Bordeaux).


    Claude ABI AKLE
    Maintenance & Engineering
    Claude began his career in aeronautics in 1972. He held several positions as technical director in several airlines (Air Limousin, Air Vendée and Régional) before joining the Aeroconseil Group in 1994 as technical director to create and direct ATS International, The structure in charge of the technical management of all Airbus Assets.
    He subsequently developed this business successfully with leasing companies and companies.
    With this strong experience, he is now, a senior consultant recognized for all aircraft operations, in the setting up of Part 145 and Part 21 organization


    Christophe GRIZIAUX
    Quality & Safety
    Christophe, with 25 years of experience, is a highly experienced aerospace program manager.
    Early in his career he worked with majors aircraft manufacturers and first-tier suppliers by establishing and managing new development programs consolidated by commercial successes in their development.
    In 2008, he founded Aerospace PM PARTNER, a consulting firm specializing in consulting services for the aerospace community.
    He is an accredited auditor, coach and trainer with a strong experience of Airbus Group processes. He is often asked to help companies to revitalize their programs and projects.
    Christophe is a graduate of ENISE (Ecole Nationale des Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne).

    Leandro DE SA
    Organization & Strategy
    Leandro is the CEO and founder of Lean Development Structure. He has more than 25 years experience in aeronautical and space management, notably with Airbus, ATR and former Aerospatiale- Space.
    He has led and contributed to various transformations in the airline industry, on behalf of major airlines and MROs, and in the worldwide aerospace industry.
    For the past 18 years, he has been teaching international organizations, business development, supply chain and customer service relations in several executive education and MBAs at Toulouse Business School, HEC Montréal and more than 10 management schools around the world (China, Russia, France, England, India, Japan...).
    He holds a Ph.D. in solid state physics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
    Gilles PLACE
    Quality & Safety
    Gilles has spent more than 18 years in the aerospace industry, serving as an information systems project manager and team leader. Gilles has a global vision of the product lifecycle from R&D to the customer relations.
    Completed in 2008 by an MBA Business Management, he works with companies in their innovation, financing and operational performance.

    In 2012, he founded AMEXSEN and operated as a Business Developer

    Vincent ZANI
    Maintenance & Engineering
    Vincent is a senior consultant with more than 45 years of experience in aeronautical expertise. During his career, he has held several positions as chief inspector, quality manager, maintenance manager and technical director in several airlines in the framework of the EASA Part-145 and Part-M Subpart G. He has been responsible for the implementation and management of CAMO for various types of aircraft fleets and is now an expert in aircraft transactions for airlines and lessors.
    He holds a degree in physics and mathematics.
    Thomas SCHMIDT-MUMM
    Organization & Strategy
    With 33 years of experience in marketing and sales of commercial aircraft at Airbus, Thomas has held positions of VP Sales Airbus Leasing Markets and VP Sales North & Central Europe. He was also responsible as Key Account Manager and Sales Manager for major customers in Europe and Latin America / Caribbean. He has extensive experience in the sale and marketing of aircraft, as well as in the drafting and negotiating aircraft transactions. He is fluent in three languages and is a graduate of the Technische Universität Berlin with a master's degree in aeronautics

    Alain DEVIENNE
    Maintenance & Engineering
    With more than 32 years of experience in the air transport sector, Alain began his career in 1981 at UTA Industries with various positions in production, quality assurance and information systems. After working at Air Littoral, he joined Aeroconseil to manage Asset transactions for AIRBUS. He becomes responsible for the commercial development of services to airlines including consulting activities (IOSA labeling, creation of companies and MRO, obtaining AOC, audits ...).
    As an ICAM engineer, he has completed the IOSA - Auditor and SMS Expert and Risk Assessor training courses delivered by an IATA accredited training organization.
    Emmanuel SAVARY
    Quality & Safety
    Emmanuel, 20 years of experience in quality and international aeronautical regulations, is a specialist in his area of expertise. After a first 13 years experience in quality in various positions of responsibility (Belair, EBS and Eurocopter), he joined the GSAC and then the OSAC as an inspector and then audit manager in the framework of international regulations such as EASA Part 145, Part M-AOC, Part 21G, FAA 14CFR145, and TCCA CAR573.
    Today, expert in the European regulations and requirements EASA POA, MOA, CAMO and Part145, he accompanies major groups in the implementation of these regulations.
    He holds a Master in Aeronautical Maintenance (University of Bordeaux)
